When does your company’s talent pipeline become too large?

It’s been a long, slow slog for talent in Hollywood, with the most famous, famous actors getting paid far less than their peers.

Now, it looks like a new, growing number of studios and filmmakers are making the same mistake.

In a new study, the Creative Artists Agency, a talent-development company based in New York, says the top-earning actors in the world are getting paid about twice what their peers are making.

And it’s not just because of their talent.

They’re being paid more than the other actors they’re with, too, the report found.

“We think that a lot of studios are doing a poor job of getting their actors the right kind of job,” said Paul G. Taylor, the executive vice president of CAA’s Talent Pipeline Program, which evaluates talent across all creative fields.

“And we think the talent pipeline is too large, too quickly, too far out.”

Here’s how it’s changing.

CAA’s latest study shows that Hollywood studios are losing out on talent in ways that are real, measurable, and can be traced back to an ongoing struggle between talent and the studios that own and manage them.

For starters, it says, most of the talent they’re working with is still unpaid, and there are a few studios that are doing better than others, including Sony, Universal and Warner Bros. “As a result, many studios are going to have a hard time making money in the long term,” Taylor said.

The problem is even worse in film.

“In the movie business, it’s really hard to find actors who are going for a film that’s worth more than $100 million,” Taylor added.

The reason is twofold: First, the average Hollywood salary is about $100,000 a year.

Second, it has become a much harder task to find the right actor to play a role because studios often pay less than the minimum wage.

As a result of all this, talent is getting more expensive in the process.

According to the report, about 30 percent of Hollywood’s actors are now working for less than $10,000 per film, up from about 17 percent in 2014.

The report says that even though some of these lower-paid actors have been making much more than their higher-paid peers, that doesn’t mean their salaries aren’t going up.

“Even though the salaries have not increased substantially, it does seem that the overall average salary of the actors has increased over time,” Taylor noted.

“But we do know that some of the performers are making a big difference and that this can only happen if there’s a good pipeline.”

In short, studios are not making enough money to pay the right actors the jobs they want.

“There’s a very big difference between a low-level actor who is a very good writer and a high-level actress who can produce a really great film,” Taylor explained.

The report’s findings are based on a study of nearly 6,000 actors in Hollywood between January and March 2018, as part of the company’s TalentPipeline Program.

The study looks at the salaries and job offers of 1,000 male actors, who are typically paid between $25,000 and $50,000, and 1,500 female actors, whose salaries are typically closer to $50.

The findings suggest that the pay gap between men and women has been widening in recent years.

In 2018, for example, the median salary for female actors was $32,000; for male actors it was $29,000.

For a more complete breakdown of the data, see this chart: A recent study from the American Academy of Pediatrics says that for the first time, nearly half of U.S. school-age children in the country have never been to a movie theater.

The CDC says this is largely due to a lack of access to movies and television, and also to cultural barriers that have prevented kids from watching movies or watching television at home.

That means that movies and TV shows aren’t as appealing to young people.

But the researchers say that studios, producers and other actors in movie studios should look to their talent pipeline as a resource.

The talent pipeline has the potential to make a difference.

It’s a long process of finding the right talent to take on a new role, but it also means the studios can take a step back and focus on making the movies they want to make.

“The talent pipeline makes a big contribution to making movies, and I think the studios are really making a mistake when they’re looking at the pipeline and not looking at their own talent,” Taylor told The Hollywood Reporter.

“I think we’re in a good place right now with talent.

The biggest thing we can do is look to our pipeline.”
